Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that your item is:

- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Exchange

3. **Ship the Item**: Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. **Processing**: Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will process your exchange. If the new item you requested is not available, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories.
- Damaged or altered items not due to our error.

Refund Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.
